At the heart of the Muensterland the traditional and family run hotel "Zur Post" welcomes you to stay. If you are on vacation or just staying for one night, if you are a single traveller or travelling in a group, we offer a warm, individual and personal ambiance to feel good.
Our restaurant has an excellent regional rustic cuisine all served in a traditional room or an bright glass house.
If you are looking for group or seminar programmes we will provide you with extensive information material about what to see and do e.g. the farmer's olympiad, creative weekends, family parties, brunch in the conservatory, regional wedding fairs, conferences and seminars, bicycle tours, balloon trips and canoe tours.
We offer comfortable single, double and triple rooms for our guests. The choice between smoking or non smoking rooms is possible on request. The rooms have en suite bathrooms and are equipped with all common facilities. Most of the rooms have a balcony.
In the morning we offer a varied breakfast buffet in the conservatory.
Our restaurant offers regional seasonal menus that are created with local products. We have two conference and events rooms that are suitable for all kinds of events or celebrations.
During the summer months guests can use our cosy beer garden with courtyard and fountain. The rustic pub is the heart of the hotel and the ideal place for a chat with friends while having a beer or cocktail.
